we had a great experience at Smoky Mountain Inn & Suites. the staff were friendly and the location was perfect for our early morning hikes. the indoor pool and heated pool were enjoyable, and we also loved the peaceful and quiet area. it was a much-needed oasis after a bad hotel experience the night before. the pool and hot tub were clean, and we had them all to ourselves, which was a real treat!

Smoky Mountain Inn & Suites offers excellent staff service, prompt TV replacement, good location, and spacious rooms. the clean facility is situated in a quiet area close to main attractions. Guests can relax in the wonderful pool and hot tub, while the beds and rooms are consistently clean.
Sink water ran all night, lukewarm coffee. No major complaints.

Had an amazing stay on 9 day vacation. The breakfast was nice hot, especially for protein and reasonably priced. We found the staff nice and welcoming. The property's location was great, to multiple hiking trails.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were unattentive.
